What an awesome 3 day trip on the water with Scott out in Milton, Florida! The weather was a bit iffy early on, with some light rain, but it cleared up nicely and we ended up having a great time chasing Spotted Seatrout and Redfish (Red Drum) on our 4 Hour Trip – Inshore (Day) with Addicted to Scales &amp; Tail Charters. March is a prime time for inshore fishing around these parts, with the warming waters bringing the fish up and actively feeding. We started off slow, working some shallow flats with jigs and fly gear, but it didn't take long before the action picked up. Scott made a perfect cast, and his line went screaming as he hooked into a feisty Redfish. That fish made some great runs, but he kept his cool and landed it like a pro. We switched up tactics, trying some heavier tackle in deeper pockets, and it paid off – he boated a nice fat Spotted Seatrout that put up one heck of a fight.The bite stayed steady throughout the day, and we managed to get into a few more quality fish. We wasted no time getting the lines in the water once we reached our spot. David was eager to try his hand at some Pensacola night fishing, and it didn't take long before his rod bent over as he hooked into a feisty Redfish. The fish put up a great fight, carving circles around the boat as David kept steady pressure on the line. After a few tense minutes, he finally worked the Redfish alongside the boat and we were able to get it in the boat. Not a bad start to the night!

As we continued working our way around the illuminated docks and bridges, the bite remained consistent. We had a few more solid hook-ups, including a couple more Redfish and even a surprise Speckled Trout that put on an incredible aerial display. The action was steady, and David was grinning ear-to-ear the entire time, loving the thrill of the nighttime bite. Between the bites, we took some time to admire the reflections of the lights on the water and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

We managed to boat a few more Redfish and Trout throughout the trip, keeping the rods bent and the energy high.
